The Yukon Public Schools Website has several areas where staff information is provided to the public. To ensure the most up-to-date information along with your picture shows up properly, please follow the steps below to update your profile on our website:
LOGON TO THE YPS WEBSITE

In the Chrome web browser, navigate to www.yukonps.com

In the upper-right portion of the screen, click the Login link to the left of the search bar.
You will be taken to a login screen. Click on the Google button towards the bottom of the screen to logon with your YPS Google Apps Account.
UPDATE YOUR USER PROFILE
Once logged on to the YPS website, you will not notice much of a difference, except you will see your firstname.lastname where the Login link was. Click on your firstname.lastname.
This will open a page that looks similar to below:
Click on the Edit User tab. You will now see a similar page:
The information on the User Account tab should not be edited. You can add your "Manager" if you wish by click the drop-down and searching for your principal, director, or supervisor.
Please click on the User Profile Tab and add as much information as possible to complete your profile. The User Profile tab allows you to fill in additional information about you, such as your Job Title, your Website and work phone number. We ask at the bare minimum you enter your Job Title and your School's Phone number in the work category. If you have a teaching website, please add it here along with any other fields you wish to complete.
When completed make sure to click the Update User button to save your changes.
Finally, we ask that you add your photo to your profile. Please click on the User Photo tab, The User Photo tab allows you to set a photo for your user account.
Photos should be professional and only include yourself. No cartoons, group photos, logos, etc should be used. If you are a teacher you can copy the photo you have in PowerSchool if you need to.
To set or update a photo, click Choose File.
Select your photo and then click Upload to set the photo as your profile image.
