Do I have to wear my card on a lanyard, clip it to my shirt or belt, or carry it with me?

Yes! As an employee of the District you are required to wear your ID card on you at all times while at work in your building or visiting other District facilities while on school or district business. Employees who wear their ID cards allow for easy access to buildings and locked areas and easy identification by District personnel and Public Safety officials in the event of an emergency. In addition, displaying an ID card makes employees easily identifiable to each other as they travel throughout the District and provides increased awareness for students and visitors.
