When will I receive my badge as a new employee?

The majority of new YPS employees will have an ID made during the new hire on-boarding process during the summer months. If you are hired later in the school year, you will receive your badge during the new employee on-boarding process, scheduled weekly. Your badge grants you certain access to buildings and the use of District copiers/printers based on your job role and site assignment. For security reasons you must pick-up your badge from the Office of Technology & Information Services (OTIS) located in Room 1020 of the Administration Building located at 600 Maple Street, Yukon, OK 73099. OTIS Hours of Operations for Badge Services are Monday through Friday by appointment (call x1099 or 405.354.2587). Walk-ins may come between: 7:30am to 11:30am during normal operating days.
