Managing your Mitel Voicemail Messages from the Handset.

Listening to Messages--At the main menu prompt, press 1.  Shoretel/Mitel will play your urgent messages first, then new messages.

Managing Messages--After listening to a message, you can replay the message, send a reply to the person who has left the message, forward it to someone else, save it, or delete it.

1. To replay messages that are saved Press 3 at the Main Menu prompt
2. To listen to your deleted messages Press 7 at the main menu prompt.  Voicemail will play deleted messages that are available to you.
3. To restore a deleted message Press 2
4. To forward a message to someone else Press 4 and follow the prompts
5. To purge deleted messages

• At main menu prompt, press 7.
• Press 8 to remove deleted messages.
• Press 1 to confirm deletion or * to cancel.

Note:  If the number of messages in your mailbox exceeds the limit set by your administrator for Shoretel, the caller is notified that your mailbox is full and cannot accept new messages.  If your mailbox is full, purge any backlog of deleted messages.
